We collect personally identifiable information in three cases.
When accessing this website.
In the future, we may store remarketing cookies in your browser so we can remarket our products and services to you when you visit other websites.
Remarketing cookies allow us to show you advertisements about DecksUp on websites not owned by us.
We currently don't do this.
When submitting forms.
You may submit personally identifiable information (PII) at your disclosure.
If the potential recipient asks for PII, it may be necessary for their processes and services to interact with you.
In this case, the recipient is the Data Controller and we are the Data Processor.
Potential recipients may ask for any information they find applicable to their situation. And you may disclose any PII you find applicable to submit to them.
You are always asked for your email address. We (as Data Processor) need this to send submission data to you, and check your email address against potential spam addresses. The same applies to your IP address.
If you want to change or delete your submitted PII, you need to contact the form recipient (the Data Controller). We indicate the recipient's contact address in the submission form and in the confirmation email we send afterwards.
When interacting with our products.
You submit personally identifiable information (PII) when you create an account with us.
This includes your email address, name, and IP address.
Of this PII data, DecksUp is the Data Controller.
Furthermore you may share PII with your employer through DecksUp, and your employer may add PII to your organization member account for administrative reasons.
You may choose to disclose additional PII with your employer, colleagues, and anyone external you interact with through DecksUp. This may be anything you want, and is in your control.
If you want to change or delete your PII stored with DecksUp (of which we are Data Controller), you can do so via the account page in our applications.
